It all started as an old family recipe, passed on like an heirloom, I started making cheese pimientos as baon for our pre-school daughter. She loved it and would always remind me if our spread is about to ran out so i can make new ones. There was this time that my dear father-in-law visited us and tried our cheese pimiento sandwich.
