i find the concept of design-forward/led/centered food service brands to be ridiculous. it really reveals itself in the food that food isn’t the priority. the priority seems to be getting you through the door, for you to try the food but not come back. i had such high hopes for this place but there were way too many misses than hits.

if there’s anything i look forward to at leo seahouse, it’s their mastery at preparing local white fish. as someone that loves shellfish, i’ve found it consistently outshined by their fish courses. and the salad course, too, is always a textural surprise. love love love
