We are J Bros
We are children of the North, Cordillera kids born and bred. We have been into the F&B business for quite some time now (particularly in the Hotel Dept of Cruise Ships). These are our main influences when in comes to our palate. Circumstances now have taught us to adjust economic-wise, so work from home is our new normal, a far cry from the organized chaos of our Cruise Ship galleys but hopefully pretty soon, we’ll have that same hustle and bustle in our kitchen. So, if you crave for Baguio Slaughter House Dinakdakan, Pinapaitan, Pulpog, Kilawen, Kinigtot nga Baka, Sisig, etc.....we’ll have it available “cook to order” soon. For now, a step at a time, we’re trying some ready to eat and ready to cook items just to test the market. Enjoy!!!!!
