Paalala sa lahat ng HOA sa mga subdibisyon, housing projects at dating rehistrado sa SEC o HIGC, obligadong magpa-re-register sa DHSUD alinsunod sa 2024 Revised IRR ng RA 9904.

Epektibo sa Hunyo 17, 2026, pinalawig ang deadline ng HOA re-registration hanggang Disyembre 18, 2026.

Iwasan ang pagka-suspinde, pagkawala ng legal na pagkakakilanlan, at pagkawala ng mga benepisyo bilang HOA. Makipag-ugnayan sa pinakamalapit na DHSUD Regional Office o i-scan ang QR code sa pub mat para sa kumpletong detalye.

👉 Pwede na magpa-REPLACEMENT sa kahit anong PhilSys Registration Center
✔️ Libre po ito (walang bayad talaga ✌️)

🔍 Ano ang considered na sira o defective?

✔️ Natuklap na ang plastic cover / laminate
✔️ Malabo na ang picture (parang pang “mystery ID” 👻😅)
✔️ Hindi ka na kamukha ng nasa ID (uyy sino ‘to? 😆)
✔️ Nabura / nalabhan / faded na ang info 🧼💦

📌 Paano magpa-replace? Madali lang:

1️⃣ Dalhin ang sira mong National ID sa pinakamalapit na PhilSys Registration Center
2️⃣ Sabihin sa staff at fill out ng replacement form

👉 Nakahold pa ang printing ng mga wala pang natatanggap na physical National ID cards (backlog)
👉 Kaya may delay sa production at delivery ng plastic IDs
👉 Habang hinihintay ito, Digital National ID at ePhilID muna ang valid alternatives 💯
