Thank you for your overwhelming support during our first day of operations. The strong demand for Katsu Matsuri highlighted issues in our operations and we sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused by the long wait times and the earlier than expected closure of our stall.

After reviewing today's operations, we implemented systematic changes to reduce waiting time effective immediately.
