Ang AFPCES ay nagsasagawa ng isang survey upang alamin ang inyong pangkalahatang karanasan at kasiyahan sa mga serbisyong aming ibinibigay.

Makakatulong ang inyong puna at opinyon upang mas maunawaan namin kung paano namin mas mahusay na mapagsilbihan ang inyong pangangailangan at mapabuti pa ang aming serbisyo.

Ang AFPCES ay pinapahalagahan ang kompidensiyal ng personal na datos alinsunod sa Data Privacy Act of 2012 (DPA), ang mga Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) nito, at iba pang kautusan ng National Privacy Commission (NPC), at iba pang kaugnay na batas ng Pilipinas.
