🌄 A Rich History
Coffee farming in Sagada dates back to the late 1800s, when Arabica beans were introduced to the Cordillera region. Thanks to Sagada’s cool climate, high elevation, and fertile soil, the beans developed a distinct character that has been cherished for generations. Local farmers continue to nurture and harvest these beans with care, preserving both tradition and quality.

🌱 What Makes Sagada Arabica Special?
Sagada Arabica is grown at elevations of 1,200–1,600 meters above sea level. The slow-growing process at high altitude allows the beans to develop complex flavors and natural sweetness.
