3 Pangasinan baristas to represent province, compete in a nat'l coffee tilt

Get ready to sip on some excellence! Pangasinan's finest baristas, including Matt Gutierrez from Cups & Berry and Ivan Laurence Buan from Cafe Zero, are all set to brew up a storm as they represent the province in this year's Philippine National Coffee Competition at Sheraton Newport Resorts World on September 8, 2023.

Gutierrez is all geared up to dazzle with his international brewing skills in the Philippine National Brewers Cup, while Buan is ready to pour his heart and creativity into the Philippine National Latte Art competition.

Meanwhile, Karlo Mencias from Dagtown Collective is going for gold in this year's Philippine Aeropress Championship, taking place at Yardstick in Legazpi Village on September 16, 2023.
