Taste dishes from the 13 Tribes of Mindanao, feast on a Maranao spread, and welcome back to Manila Zamboanga’s iconic Alavar, bringing its much-loved seafood generously coated in its famous Alavar Sauce.
Another one-of-a-kind highlight: Miggy Moreno, the chef behind MICHELIN Bib Gourmand-awarded Palm Grill and Cabel, takes us beyond his restaurants and back to his roots—sharing the dishes he grew up with, straight from the Moreno family table.
