Magdalena's Cacao Bean Chocolates Artisanal Cacao Bean Chocolate from the Philippines,
a home grown, delicious and healthy delicacy. We grew Cacao because WE LOVE CHOCOLATES.

Our chocolates are called MAGDALENA'S because the farm where we planted Cacao and where the beans that became the first CACAO BEAN CHOCOLATES is situated in Magdalena, Laguna. After learning that we can make Cacao Bean Chocolates locally (from scratch to finish) and finding that the variety we grew produces delicious chocolates, we learned to ferment the beans and proceeded to design and build roasting, milling, conching and tempering machines needed.
