broski. I tried the crispy fried chicken which came in two big strips of boneless chicken which not only had crispy skin, but also had juicy inner meat. It also came with some curry sauce on the side that gave the chicken an extra depth of flavor. I also tried the butter chicken which had tender, bite-sized chicken pieces coated in a savory and light sauce. Both dishes came with white Jasmine rice that was soft. The omelettes and samosas are the perfect side dishes to compliment your viands and rice as the omelettes with bits of tomatoes and onions are creamy, while the samosas have crispy outer layers but contain rich potatoes on the inside. Note that viand is English for ulam.

broski. Both the fried chicken and butter chicken had the perfect ratio of rice to viand. Both dishes came with hefty servings of rice and viand that are sure to fill each and every broski up.

broski. Because of Sutra's popularity, there may be some long lines for ordering your food broski. But once you get to order, it will not take too long for your food to be served. Note that despite the numerous number of items on the menu, not all of them are available daily such as the dosas which are seasonal items that the owner, Sagi only serves in his JSEC stall from time to time due to the difficulty in making dosas. Also note that Sagi doesn't always man the Sutra JSEC stall as he can sometimes be seen in the Sutra Gonzaga stall which serves pretty much the same menu items at slightly cheaper prices. Expect more efficient service when Sagi mans the JSEC stall.

Overall, it's a great stall that gets a 4.75 π¦
score from me, broski. The food tastes good and is plentiful in serving though the service could be a bit more efficient.
