The Black Sesame Cloud Latte brings deep, roasted flavor with a soft, creamy finish you can easily enjoy at home 🖤☕

Black Sesame Cloud Latte

Ingredients:
2 shots of Espresso
150 ml Happy barn milk
10g Black sesame powder

Cold foam
60ml Pristine whip topping
10ml Happy barn milk

Make the Cold Foam:
• Froth 60 ml whip topping + 10 ml milk
• Whip until light, fluffy, and pourable

Black sesame milk
Whisk the black sesame powder into the Happy Barn milk until fully incorporated. Ensure there are no visible lumps and the mixture is smooth.

Build the Drink:
Pour the 2 shots espresso + ice
Slowly pour black sesame milk on top, creating layer
Add the cold foam on top
Dust with black sesame powder for more aesthetic look

Strawberry Cloud Latte 🍓☁️ — soft pink layers, creamy texture, and that perfect coffee finish.
The kind of drink people have to take a photo of before the first sip.

Strawberry Cloud Latte

Ingredients:
15ml Strawberry syrup
150ml Happy Barn milk
2 shots of espresso / 30ml coffee

Cold Foam
15ml Strawberry syrup
70ml Pristine whip topping
10ml Happy Barn milk

Steps:
Make the Cold Foam:
- In a a glass using milk frother, combine 70 ml whip topping, 10 ml milk, and 15 ml strawberry syrup.
- Whip until the mixture doubles in size and remains pourable (not stiff).

Prepare the Drink:
- In a serving glass, pour 15 ml strawberry syrup.
- Add ice and then 150 ml Happy Barn milk.
- Slowly pour 2 shots of espresso over the milk to create a layered effect.

Top with Foam:
- Spoon or pour the prepared strawberry cold foam on top.
- Serve Immediately and enjoy your Strawberry Cloud Latte.

Ingredients:

For the Cloud Foam
40 ml miso caramel
70ml Pristine Whip topping
15ml Full Cream milk

Miso Caramel Milk
30ml Miso caramel
150ml Full cream milk

Steps:

1. Prepare the Miso Caramel Cloud:
Pour the miso caramel, whipping cream, and a splash of milk into a container. Froth until the cream doubles in volume. Set aside.

2. Prepare the milk base:
In a glass, add miso caramel and adjust to taste. Pour in the milk and stir until the miso caramel is fully dissolved. Add ice.

3. Assemble:
Gently pour the espresso shot over the milk.

4. Finish:
Top with the Miso Caramel Cloud and enjoy!
