Quality Assurance Staff

We are looking for talented and detail-oriented individuals to join our team as Quality Assurance Staff.
Job Responsibilities:
Conduct regular store visits and branch inspections to ensure compliance with company standards
Monitor food safety, sanitation, and hygiene practices in assigned branches
Evaluate product quality, food preparation procedures, and storage conditions
Ensure compliance with SOPs, HACCP, and local health regulations
Perform spot audits on inventory handling, labeling, and expiration monitoring
Identify non-compliance issues and recommend corrective actions
Prepare detailed audit and inspection reports with photo documentation
Coordinate with Store Managers and the Operations Team for quality improvements
Conduct follow-up visits to verify corrective actions
Assist in conducting quality-related training for store personnel
Monitor and address customer complaints related to food quality and safety
Qualifications:
Graduate of Food Technology, Engineering, HRM, Food Service, or any Business-related course
At least one (1) year of relevant work experience in the food industry
Strong attention to detail and good communication skills
Willing to do fieldwork and branch visits
