Some days, you want the familiar sweetness of Spanish Bread. Other days, it's an ensaymada, something savory, or a cinnamon roll with your coffee.

And sometimes... you see a Cream Cheese Donut and suddenly your plans change. 😅

I know rainy days aren't always easy for everyone. For some, they're a little more than just a reason to stay home. So wherever you are and however this weather finds you, I hope you and your loved ones are safe. 🙏

When people think of baking, they often picture the finished cake.

But behind every delicious pastry are the little things that quietly do their part:
✨ mixing bowls that have seen countless batches
✨ parchment paper that keeps every bake just right
✨ a trusty wooden roller
✨ a whiteboard that keeps the day organized
✨ my well-loved oven gloves
✨ and a lot more!

They're not the stars of the kitchen, but I certainly couldn't do what I do without them.

After all these years, I've learned that it's often the smallest things, done with consistency and care, that make the biggest difference—not only in baking, but also in life.

Now I'm curious... what's one everyday tool you simply can't live without? 😉
