Here’s our story behind it:
Pasta has always been one of the dishes we loved cooking ever since we first learned our way around the kitchen. Back in high school, one of the very first pasta dishes we learned was carbonara, taught to us by a friend’s mom. It was a simple and different version from what we make now, but it introduced us to the basics of making sauces — and somehow, that small moment sparked our love for cooking even more.

Carbonara wasn’t something we cooked all the time, but it stayed memorable because it was one of the very first dishes we successfully made completely on our own. We still remember how fulfilling it felt back then — creating something from scratch and sharing it with our family and friends.

So when we finally decided to include pasta on our menu years later, we knew we wanted to create our own version of carbonara. Ten years after first trying to cook it on our own, this dish became more than just pasta to us — it became a reminder of where our love for cooking started.

Each order we make carries not just flavor and comfort, but also years of learning, experimenting, and passion poured into every sauce and every bite. 🧡

Our story behind lasagna rolls:
Lasagna rolls were honestly the most unexpected dish we ever created. We never imagined that we would eventually make them, let alone sell them.

It all started with a simple idea:
“What if lasagna could be easier and neater to enjoy?”

We wanted something that still had all the comforting goodness of classic lasagna — meaty, cheesy, and flavorful — but served in the right portion and without all the mess. So we spent days experimenting in the kitchen, testing different methods, adjusting sauce portions, and figuring out how to make them consistently in batches.

There were a lot of trial-and-error moments before we finally created a recipe that felt truly ours.

What many people don’t see is how tedious every batch actually is to make. From preparing the sauce and assembling each roll one by one, to making sure every piece has the right amount of filling and flavor — it takes so much time and effort. There was even a point where we almost backed out because of how much work it required.

But after coming so far in building the recipe, we thought: “Why not try sharing it with others anyway?”

And somehow, the dish we almost gave up on became the crowd’s favorite. 🧡

Seeing people enjoy something that started as just an experiment in our kitchen will always be one of the most rewarding parts of this journey 🧡

Ever since we started cooking, one thing has always been close to our hearts — creating dishes that we can share with others. There’s something so fulfilling about seeing people enjoy food that was made with love and intention. ❤️

Funny enough, pumpkin soup was never something we would usually order at restaurants or cafes. But one day, our friend ordered one for us, and from that moment, it slowly became one of our favorites and comfort foods. But not every version we tried tasted the way we imagined it should, so we decided to make our own.

To our surprise, we got to make our own recipe right on the very first try. Just the way we wanted it to be.

During the pandemic, a simple thought came to mind, “What if we sell this?”

And somehow, that small idea became the beginning of something big.

Until today, every batch of our pumpkin soup is made from real pumpkins that we personally choose and source from the market. From peeling, chopping, boiling, and blending — every step takes time and effort, but it’s always worth it knowing that we get to share something we genuinely love with others.

What started as a personal favorite has now become something that reaches many tables and homes, and for that, we’re truly grateful. 🥣 🧡
