Elegance mixed with fun for a 24th Birthday 🎉

Moist carrot cake with orange infused cream cheese buttercream layered with in house salted caramel and candied pecan nuts covered with mirror glaze and some very delicate white chocolate flowers to top it all off 🫶🏻 I promise you, it’s not sweet at all. perfectly balanced. A little tangy, salty, and warmth from the spices.

Very thankful to my sister for ordering this cake and paying for it 🤧 She requested a carrot cake and it so happened that I’m, for the record, is the carrot cake lady in the professional kitchen that I worked with🤗 so, yeah.👍
