Did you know? Ang taro leaves, locally known as gabi leaves, ay isa sa mga pangunahing ingredients sa classic Bicolano dish na kilala at minamahal natin na Laing! 🥥🌿

Kapag carefully prepared at niluto with rich coconut milk and flavorful spices, nagta-transform ang humble gabi leaves into the creamy, savory, at comforting Laing na siguradong mapapa-extra rice ka. 🤤

Behind every Josefina’s jar are hardworking farmers who work every day to grow and provide the ingredients that make our authentic Bicolano delicacies possible.

Para sa amin, ang pagsu-support sa local farmers ay higit pa sa pagkuha ng ingredients. It means creating opportunities for them to earn a living from their hard work and helping their communities grow.
