As a Freelance Locator Agent, you will help Ella’s Pizza identify and secure strategic commercial locations for new branches. You will coordinate with property owners, brokers, and developers to recommend sites that meet the company’s expansion requirements.

Key Responsibilities

* Scout and identify potential commercial spaces for new Ella’s Pizza branches.
* Build and maintain relationships with property owners, brokers, and real estate agents.
* Gather property details, including rental rates, floor area, accessibility, and nearby establishments.
* Conduct initial site inspections and submit photos, videos, and location reports.
* Coordinate property viewings between the company and property owners.
* Assist in the negotiation process until the lease agreement is finalized.

Qualifications

* Experience in real estate, property sourcing, or sales is an advantage but not required.
* Strong communication and negotiation skills.
* Familiar with commercial areas and business districts.
* Self-motivated and able to work independently.
* Has a smartphone with internet access.
* Own transportation is a plus.
