OMG..di ko na talaga sila nakilala pero sila na ang nagpakilala sa akin... ma'am daw nila ako noong grade 4 pa sila😊😃
Yong dati'y ang liliit pa nila pero look at them now..
Tuwang-tuwa ako dahil kasi after all these years at kahit nag-iba na yong height nila pero ramdam ko pa rin yong dating sila...yong sweetness... pagiging masayahin at higit sa lahat ay love pa rin nila ako.
Patunay na kahit nagbago man ang panahon ay di pa rin sila nagbabago.,🥰🥰🥰

​The Local Youth Development Office (LYDO), on behalf of the Local Government Unit of Rosario, La Union, warmly congratulates Xyza Althea Balanon of Rosario Integrated School on her successful election as the 2nd District of La Union Provincial Youth Board Member during today’s Provincial Youth Officials Election.

Her victory marks the beginning of a meaningful 12-month governance immersion program under Republic Act No. 10742, designed to empower young minds through hands-on leadership and public service in the provincial government.

​This milestone stands as a testament to the thriving youth development in our municipality, made possible through the unwavering support and leadership of Hon. Mayor Atty. Bellarmin A. Flores II, PPSK President Leonel Joseph D. Guanso, and LYDO Mark John Cabutotan.

The entire community of Rosario takes immense pride in this achievement and stands behind Xyza as she takes on this prestigious role to represent, inspire, and serve the youth of La Union.
