Treasure’s Kimbap — FAQs

Q: When is the kimbap made?
A: Our kimbap is freshly made on the day of delivery to ensure the best quality.

Q: How long will it stay fresh?
A: For best taste and quality, we recommend consuming it within 8–10 hours from the time of delivery.

Q: Should I refrigerate the kimbap?
A: If kept in a cool room, refrigeration is not required.
If the room is warm, we recommend refrigerating for 2–3 hours.

Q: What if I refrigerate it?
A: Please remove the kimbap from the refrigerator 60 minutes before eating.
Note that refrigeration may slightly firm the rice — this is normal.

Q: How do I enjoy the dipping sauce?
A: Lightly dip each piece while eating. The sauce is designed to complement, not overpower, the kimbap.

Q: Is this best for same-day consumption?
A: Yes. For optimal flavor and texture, our kimbap is best enjoyed the same day it is delivered.
