โข Remove Rebusado from the freezer.
โข Place in the refrigerator for 6 to 8 hours or overnight to thaw completely.
โข DO NOT thaw at room temperature to avoid bacterial growth.

โข In a deep frying pan, pour enough cooking oil to submerge the meat.
โข Heat the oil to 170โ180ยฐC (340โ355ยฐF).
(Test: drop a small breadcrumb โ it should sizzle and rise immediately.)

โข Once fully thawed, carefully place the Rebosado into the hot oil.
โข Fry for 4โ6 minutes for Chicken Rebusado, or until golden brown.
โข Fry for 3โ5 minutes for Pork Rebusado, or until golden brown.
โข Do not overcrowd the pan โ fry in batches for consistent crispiness.

โข Remove from oil and let rest on a paper towel-lined plate to drain excess oil.

Pro Tip: For extra crispiness, let the cooked Rebosado rest for 1โ2 minutes before serving to allow the coating to firm up.
