Vic Angelo C. Rivera, a graduate of the College of Criminal Justice Education (CCJE) of Isabela State University–Roxas Campus (ISU-Roxas), ranked Top 2 in the Regional Topnotchers’ List of the Professional Criminologists Association of the Philippines (PCAP) Region 2, with an impressive rating of 90.50 percent.

The recognition was based on the results of the Criminologist Licensure Examination conducted by the Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) in August 2025 across the testing centers of Region 2. The official list was released by PCAP Region 2, highlighting the outstanding achievements of top-performing examinees in the region.

Rivera’s accomplishment reflects his perseverance, discipline, and commitment to excellence. It also showcases the continuous efforts of ISU-Roxas, through its College of Criminal Justice Education, to provide quality instruction and training that prepare students for professional and ethical service in the field of criminology.

This achievement brings honor and pride to the ISU-Roxas community, inspiring students and future criminologists to pursue excellence and dedication in their academic and professional endeavors.

Congratulations to Vic Angelo C. Rivera for his remarkable achievement and to ISU-Roxas for nurturing another outstanding criminology graduate.
