Last September 30 – October 1, Ebang’Z Mushroom Farm conducted a training on Oyster Mushroom Production and Mushroom By-Product Preparation for representatives of the Capiz Irrigation Associations from Dumalag, Mambusao, Dao, and Cuartero.

At Ebang’Z Mushroom Farm, we believe that farming goes beyond tradition — it’s about innovation, sustainability, and creating new opportunities. By embracing mushroom production, farmers can gain an additional source of livelihood and open doors to more income possibilities while contributing to a healthier, more sustainable food system.

📌 Featured among the proudly made Maayon products are the delicious and innovative Mushroom by-products from Ebang’Z Mushroom Farm — a true showcase of sustainable, homegrown flavors! 💚

♻️ Composting 101: Turning Waste into Wealth! 🌱

We at Ebang'Z Mushroom Farm, together with our fellow members of the Capiz Mushroom Growers and Processors Association (CMGPA), proudly joined the Learning and Development Program on Composting for CFBW Beneficiaries — an initiative dedicated to zero waste management and sustainable development for our environment. 🌍💚

As beneficiaries of the grant from the Bureau of Soil and Water Management, our association received:
🏗 Composting Facility – located at Ebang'Z Mushroom Farm for use by all CMGPA members
⚙️ Shredder – to process organic waste into fine materials for better compost quality
🧪 Soil Test Kit – to check current soil nutrients, identify fertilizer needs, and guide organic farming for high-yield crops

At Ebang'Z Mushroom Farm, we are committed to recycling by transforming:
🍄 Spent fruiting bags from mushroom production
🌿 Garden trimmings & kitchen waste
🍂 Dried leaves & fruit tree trunks
…into rich organic compost that nourishes the soil and supports healthy farming.

💡 Soon, Organic Fertilizer made from these materials will be available, supporting both productivity and sustainability.

We thank the Bureau of Soil and Water Management for this valuable support, which empowers not just our farm but the entire mushroom-growing community in Capiz to:
✅ Reduce waste
✅ Improve soil fertility
✅ Support sustainable agriculture
