The Department of Science and Technology (DOST- Provincial, Regional & National office) visits ROFLINE WINES for the Small Enterprise Technology Upgrading Program (SET-UP) progress.

ROFLINE WINES, a product of Padonay farms is a small winery in the scenic town of Sagada, Mountain Province. Its humble beginning traces back in 2017 when the proprietor, Adeline Lizardo Fangayen (Padonay), pursued her passion for food processing, guided by experienced peers in coffee and wine.
