To appreciate high-quality dark chocolate, one should avoid chewing it immediately and instead engage all senses to allow the cocoa butter to melt, releasing layers of flavor.

🍫Place on Tongue, Don't Chew: Place a small piece of chocolate on your tongue and let it melt. Do not chew immediately, as this releases bitter notes too quickly without allowing the cocoa butter to mask them.
