Yayyy my Pandemic Food Business Eleanor's Kitchen is now six (6) years, cheers everyone 🥂🍻
Thanks so much to all my customers in the past 6 years, of course shout out again to Prosecutor Magelli Diaz my lucky charm/friend, the very first customer of this bussiness, love you Ma'am 😇
It was all started when Pandemic hits the Philippines and lockdown started, no work, no lakwatsa and so on lahat nasa loob lang ng bahay, praying na matatapos na ang pandemya! Posting of our everyday ulam is my way of relieving stress, then one day our ulam is "cordon bleu" my first time to make this, and Ma'am Magelli ordered, and doon na nagsimula, di ko pa nga alam ang mag costing noon gang ngayon actually 🤣basta mabawi ko lng ang mga expenses ko OK na sa akin at makalibre na rin ng food namin ay malaking bagay na rin!
Thank you too my tres marias Jaspen Joselle and Jazzmine na palaging nagsasabing "masarap Mommy" or ang "ang sarap Mommy", "wow ang sarap ng ulam" kung minsan tinatanong ko pa sila kung magkano ko nga ibebenta 🤪
Fast forward: And gumawa na nga ako ng Menu List ko ng mga pwedeng pagpiliian, gang sa may mga special requests na lng kung ano ang gusto nilang ulamin for the week! And dun na lng ang basis ko sa mga orders nila ang lulutuin ko for the week, thanks sa mga regular kong customers you know who you are po, thank you thank you from the bottom of my heart ❤️
Every PM of order is a blessing for me kahit single order pa yan basta may stock ako and kaya ng time ko ay GO for it, dyan naman ako nagsimula kaya take it! Di ba Weng Miranda-Salinas?
Namana naming magkakapatid and pagkahilig sa pagluluto sa aming Grandmother and Mother namin na negosyante rin noon na may carinderia, bata pa lng kami noon lumaki na kami sa kusina, tagabalat ng mga rekado and mga gulay, kaya siguro nakahiligan na lng din namin and taga palengke pa nga di ba Sis Josephine Duran?😍
