We sincerely ask for apology for the delays of your orders, we know how important timing is, but due to unexpected circumstances, volume of orders, and failed decision making, we are unable to deliver it on the right time. We take full responsibility of this mistake from top management to bottom. We will undergo a management reconstruction and commit to do everything in a right way after we re-open several weeks later.
