1. We are checking our items one by one to make sure that what we pack the items without any damage or dents.
2. We pack all the orders properly with FRAGILE STICKER.
3. We are implementing the best way to pack and secure the items base on past experiences but some of them still had prone to dents. BUT PLEASE BE ADVISED THAT DAMAGES ARE INCURRED FROM THE SHIPPING and JNT HANDLING AND WE HAVE NO CONTROL FOR THAT.
4. WE ARE NOT SENDING DENTED OR DAMAGE ITEMS, but please be reminded that the cans are fragile. Normally, dents on cans are caused by MISDROP or INTENTIONAL DROP BY THE RIDER, BEING HIT, THROWN, AND FLIPPED. In short, dents on cans are caused by MISHANDLING OF THE COURIER.
5. In case of RETURN/REFUND, WE CAN ONLY SERVE at a rate of 10% up to 20% only as partial refund per number of item damaged and it depends on the degree of damage and it will be reviewed first by sending us videos or photos of the items received.
