Takoyaki (たこ焼き or 蛸焼) or "octopus balls" is a ball-shaped Japanese snack or appetizer made of a wheat flour-based batter and cooked in a special molded pan. It is typically filled with:
� Octopus bits
� Beni shoga (pickled ginger)
� Negi (green onion)
� Aonori (seaweed flakes)
� Katsuobushi (bonito flakes)
� Takoyaki sauce
� Japanese mayonnaise
If you want it spicy, we also have:
� Togarashi (chili pepper)
� Spicy takoyaki sauce
