The C3S2 PTL CLUSTER FAMERS ASSOCIATION conduct its 1st General Assembly last February 13,2025 at Barangay Cadaclan San Fernando La Union.
C3S2PTL CLUSTER ASSOCIATION is made up of 8 barangays (Cadaclan, Pias, Camansi, Santiago Sur, Santiago Norte, Langcuas, Cabaroan and Tanqui) around the City which is located at Santiago Norte, City of San Fernando, La Union. The clusters of 309 members, used an estimated area of 125.32 hectares of Agricultural Land in total.
On this Event the newly elected officers of the cluster association was presented and inducted by our Mayor Hon. Hermenegildo A. Gualberto and Vice-Mayor Alfredo Pablo Ortega .
As they oath to their positions, they solemnly promise and swear that they will conscientiously and faithfully discharge to the best of their ability the duties and responsibilities of their term. that they will support and participate with all the program and activities . That they shall finally impose this obligation voluntarily without mental reservation or purpose of evasion.
