While we were enjoying the cold and breezy wind up in the mountain, I can’t help but notice how the locals spend their night.
They were cramped in one elevated area, all wearing comfy jackets, sharing interesting stories with each other as they sip their hot coffee, casually scanning the beautiful view of the city lights glittering from afar.
I was jealous. They are already living “The Dream”. The dream anyone in the city can describe as retirement life, living life to the fullest. This is just their regular end of day while we (visitors), needed to travel and spend money, just to enjoy the peace.
I am not sure why we are all programmed to think that life should be extravagant. That we should suffer to enjoy. I mean, we can simply have it, at our finger tips. We just need a new Mindset and different set of values✨🌗🙏🏻
