To our dear Kapetol family,
We sincerely apologize for the unpleasant odor that some of you may have noticed while going up the stairs to our café over the past few days.
We understand how this can affect your experience, and we want you to know that we are just as concerned about it. At the moment, we are still trying to determine the exact source of the odor, but we believe it is coming from an area beneath the stairs, which is outside of Kapetol’s premises.
Please know that Team Kapetol is committed to maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming space for everyone. We take pride in keeping our café and surrounding areas tidy, and we make sure our waste is properly managed every day.
We have already raised this concern with the building administration, and they are now working on resolving the issue. We are hopeful that it will be fixed as soon as possible.
