📌Crispy Fried Peking Duck (Herb Marinated Peking Duck)

Here's HOW TO COOK HERB MARINATED CHERRY PEKING DUCK?

FRYING

1. Heat the oil in a cooking pot.
2. Deep fry Peking Duck for 7 to 10 minutes until cooked,crispy and skin is golden brown.
3. Remove Herb Marinated Cherry Peking Duck and serve.

TURBO

1. Set the turbo broiler to 240°F
2. Cook Peking Duck for 15-20 minutes until cooked.
3. Remove Herb Marinated Cherry Peking Duck and serve.

Oven

1. Heat the oven to 240°F
2. Cook Peking Duck for 15-20 minutes until cooked.
3. Remove Herb Marinated Cherry Peking Duck and serve.
