WELL… THIS IS WHY WE HAVE CONTRACTS & SECURITY DEPOSITS. 😭

When people ask why event suppliers require contracts and deposits. Because tables, chairs, catering equipment, plates, glassware, linens, backdrops, props, and styling pieces actually cost money. 😅

And before anyone panics — THIS PHOTO IS JUST FOR FUN! 😂 No catering equipment or styling pieces were harmed in the making of this post. But yes… these are exactly the kind of scenarios event suppliers have nightmares about. 😂

Contracts and deposits aren’t there to make booking complicated. They protect BOTH SIDES. They protect our clients by putting the date, package, inclusions, pricing, and responsibilities in writing. And they protect us because replacing damaged or missing equipment isn't exactly ₱50 lang sa tabi-tabi. 😭😂

Most clients are amazing and take good care of our equipment. ❤️ But “Ma’am, ingatan po namin, promise!” unfortunately doesn’t replace a broken chair, missing glassware, or damaged styling piece. 😂

So yes, we require contracts.
Yes, we require deposits.
And yes, there’s a reason professional event suppliers do both.

Because “Promise po, iingatan namin” is sweet…
but it’s not a damage policy. 😂
