We then decided to move to San Jose Del Monte City to open a small cafe opened mid 2020, in just over 1 weeks time there was Covid19 lock down, despite of 1st lockdown we proceeded introducing 4 types of sausages along with other smoked roasts delicatessen, We had some foreigners and locals who frequented visiting us whenever it was allowed for limited dine in, during the 2nd lockdown we were selling frozen sausages and porchetta in FB marketplace to augment income, since we were operating with limited capacities we cannot focus on crafting more smoked sausages. what was inspiring in just 2-4 days time all gets sold out, We even have some clients who takes all our Italian Sausages and I have a good friend who even commissioned us to produce for him the fat ratio he wanted, but when the 3rd lock down was announced, We then decided to pack up and store all our equipment's. Every now and then my Son would tell my all I want for my birthday is Cheezy Pepper Bratz, I told my son we do not have the space and a lot of elements needed to produce, lets say I had PTSD all thou I kept all the needed things I am not ready to start again.
