Yes 👉👈sorry talaga. I won’t be reopening the weekly meals for now. I know for some of you, this was already part of your routine and now you’re thinking “So what now?” 🥺

Don’t worry.. I hear you.. I feel you and I’ll still be here. 💬 If you have questions or want help planning your meals or simply want a little motivation, well you can always message me, just like before. I’ll continue to guide and support you. 🤗

For now, CHK is going on a little break … not a breakup 🫣 just a “we need space” kinda thing.

We promise it’s not you, it’s us (…well, mostly the calories we need to burn off).

Thank you for all the love and support so far! We’ll be back soon and hopefully with more energy, new ideas and maybe tighter aprons.
