Today, March 10, 2024, a hundred able and faithful elderly from Sta Teresita, Sabang and Balagtasin, walked the one km long Station of the Cross at the Bamboo Forest of Paraiso Farm. An hour of inclusive and interactive Recollection followed at the Serenity Chapel, where they were joined by Christian Senior Citizens. They shared a sumptuous Blue Zone lunch of ginatang langka, ampalaya salad, miswa with patola soup and steamed purple kamote, and received a week's supply of vegetables.

🌾🙏 Our hearts are full as we spend the day with our beloved seniors from Batangas here at the farm, deep in prayer, reflecting on the Lenten season. Together, we're reciting the rosary, walking the Stations of the Cross, and finding solace in retreat. Let's cherish these moments of spiritual connection and renewal. 🌾🙏

Today, January 8, 2024, Batangas State U President Dr Tirso Ronquillo presides over the meeting with his team on the BSU Paraiso Longevity Program Partnership, starting with the January 20, 2024 BLUE ZONE SUMMIT at Paraiso Farm. A spirit-led longlife movement for Senior Citizens is now taking wings with science, system and study for sustainability. It is also for the young to learn early how to reach old age - before it's too late.

Productive meeting with San Jose Mayor Ben Patron today, January 8, 2024, who committed full support to the January 20 BLUE ZONE SUMMIT. San Jose is the eggbasket of the Philippines and the home of happy Seniors. Together with Batangas State U, we will collaborate with the LGU to build Paraiso as the first BLUE ZONE FARM in the Philippines.

Thank you dear friends for the awesome Paraiso Christmas Party yesterday, December 16, 2023. It was a whole day of Thanksgiving, feasting, and merrymaking for families who plant goodness all year round. The celebration ended on a high note with the trip to Lakelands for the Parokya ni Edgar concert in the evening, courtesy of Paraiso Angel, B**g Belen. I had to leave early to have dinner with my wife on our 45th wedding anniversary.
