We would like to inform the public that a café operating under the name "AR Cafe San Jose City" is NOT AR Cafe and is not affiliated with our brand in any way.
This establishment is not authorized to use the AR Cafe name, branding, logo, or identity. Despite our demand that they cease using our brand, we have received reports that they continue to do so, causing confusion and misleading customers into believing that they are connected with or endorsed by AR Cafe.
We also reiterate that any individuals working for or associated with the café operating as "AR Cafe San Jose City" are not authorized to represent themselves as employees, partners, franchisees, affiliates, or official representatives of AR Cafe.
Any products, services, promotions, or customer experiences offered by this establishment are not associated with, endorsed by, or the responsibility of AR Cafe.
We are taking the appropriate steps to protect our brand and to prevent further confusion among the public.
