Final day. Same routine. A whole new perspective.

Today marks the end of our interns' On-the-Job Training (OJT) at the dairy farm. Their journey ended the same way it began—with one last morning feeding, one last routine, and countless memories to take home. 🥛💫

From learning the basics to confidently handling daily farm operations, they have grown through every early morning, every challenge, and every hands-on experience. It's been a privilege to be part of their learning journey and watch them develop into capable future agricultural professionals. 🌾🐃

Got milk? Got memories. Got it done! OJT complete.🤍

Another set of unforgettable moments with our DEBESMSCAT students from Masbate during their On-the-Job Training (OJT)! 💚🌾

Farm chores? We call it hands-on learning! 🐃😊

From cleaning, bathing, and milking the cows to feeding calves, taking the herd out to graze, checking pregnancies, and ensuring every animal receives the care it deserves—our interns are gaining real-life experience, one day at a time.

Busy days, muddy boots, new skills, and memories that will last a lifetime. Thank you for your hard work and dedication! 🌿🐄

Hands-on learning in the field! 🌾

Today’s OJT session was all about learning Pregnancy Diagnosis (PD) in carabaos. Determining whether a female carabao is pregnant is a vital skill in livestock management and reproductive efficiency.

With proper guidance, we patiently guided our interns through the techniques and knowledge needed to perform pregnancy diagnosis while ensuring both their safety and the animals’ welfare. 🐃🥛🌱

DEBESMSCAT MASBATE OJT STUDENTS❤️

As part if our intern experience, they got to perform the mastitis test to screen for subclinical mastitis in our buffalo. Detecting "hidden" infections early is crucial for maintaining milk quality and ensuring the welfare of the herd. It's one thing to read about gel formation in a textbook, and another to actually see it on the paddle. Keeping the herd healthy, one quarter at a time. 🐃🥛💫
