Happy Labor Day to the LTB Philippine Chefs Association and the Philippine Young Chefs Club who lovingly labored on the bigger and better 9th Paella Gigante Festival held April 25, Saturday at the Ayala Triangle Gardens, Makati!

With a massive 12ft diameter paellera, members of the premier chefs association cooked 1,000 portions of Paella Mixta — Saffron Seasoned Rice with Chicken, Chorizo & Seafood — all for the benefit of Sociedad Española de Beneficia.
