The Story Behind Aling Pacing’s Polvoron

Special Polvoron was one of the beloved products of Aling Pacing’s Restaurant here at San Miguel de Mayumo, Bulacan, which served generations from the 1950s until the 1990s.

The recipe was lovingly created and perfected by Pacita Calbay - Viola know as “Aling Pacing” herself. Passed down through generations, it has become a cherished family heirloom recipe—and today, we are delighted to share its timeless goodness once again.
