A few minutes ago, two individuals (new customers) came by our paresan. From the start, they were acting a bit suspicious—one of them kept going back and forth between our roadside signage and the menu board.
I personally had difficulty understanding him as he had a speech impairment, so I asked my mom to assist him to avoid any discomfort or embarrassment on his part. We still accommodated them properly and served their pares rice meals.
After they finished eating, they left the table and went straight to their kulong-kulong. My partner immediately followed them, but unfortunately, they just looked back, waved goodbye, and left while we were calling out for their payment.
We always strive to treat every customer with respect and understanding, but incidents like this are very disappointing. We hope this serves as a reminder that small businesses like ours rely on honesty and respect from everyone.
We will now implement PAY AS YOU ORDER‼️
