Protect the collar: Always cut just outside the swollen branch collar to help the tree heal quickly

Avoid bad habits: Never top a tree or make flush cuts against the trunk.

Marriage is not the finish line you cross and then rest.

It is waking up every day and choosing to walk beside one person.

And maybe that is the quiet beauty of it all, marriage is not about arriving, but becoming.
