Eligibility for Returns
You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return. To be eligible for a refund or exchange, items must meet the following criteria:
Coffee Machines: Must be unused, in the original packaging, and in brand-new condition. Syrups and Sauces (Food Items): We cannot accept returns on opened syrups or sauces due to food safety regulations. Returns are onl
y accepted if the item is unopened, sealed, and in original condition.
2. Items marked as 'Final Sale'. Items damaged due to misuse or improper assembly (for machines).
3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or is the wrong product, please contact us within 5 days of delivery. We will cover all return shipping costs and will offer a full refund or a free replacement. We may require a photo of the damage before processing.
4. Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment (e.g., Credit Card, FIUU, etc.). Refunds usually take 7-10 business days to appear on your account.
