Behind every lesson shared, skill learned, and opportunity created during 𝗣𝗨𝗛𝗢𝗡𝗮𝗻: 𝗧𝘂𝗹𝗼𝗻𝗴 𝗣𝗮𝗻𝗴𝗸𝗮𝗯𝘂𝗵𝗮𝘆𝗮𝗻 were people who chose to lend their time, knowledge, resources, and support.

As we celebrate the 6th Anniversary of 𝗟𝗲𝘁 𝗘𝗮𝘁 𝗚𝗼, we extend our heartfelt gratitude to everyone who helped turn this initiative into a meaningful day of learning and livelihood opportunities for the families of Barangay Langgam. 🤝✨

𝗣𝘂𝗵𝗼𝗻 begins with the smallest step. 🌱💚

And sometimes, that step begins with learning something new, trying it with your own hands, and realizing what you can create.

As 𝗟𝗲𝘁 𝗘𝗮𝘁 𝗚𝗼 celebrates its 6th Anniversary, 𝗣𝗨𝗛𝗢𝗡𝗮𝗻: 𝗧𝘂𝗹𝗼𝗻𝗴 𝗣𝗮𝗻𝗴𝗸𝗮𝗯𝘂𝗵𝗮𝘆𝗮𝗻 brought together families in Barangay Langgam for a day of hands-on learning, creativity, and skill-building.

🌸 𝗦𝗮𝗺𝗽𝗮𝗴𝘂𝗶𝘁𝗮 𝗚𝗮𝗿𝗹𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗠𝗮𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴

As the national flower of the Philippines, sampaguita holds a special place in our culture and, in San Pedro, has become part of the city’s identity and a source of livelihood for many. Known as the Sampaguita Capital of the Philippines, San Pedro has long been associated with the tradition of sampaguita growing and garland making.

𝗠𝘀. 𝗤𝘂𝗲𝗲𝗻 𝗖𝗵𝗿𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗲 𝗠𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝘇 𝗖𝗮𝗱𝗶𝘇 and 𝗠𝘀. 𝗩𝗶𝗰𝘁𝗼𝗿𝗶𝗮 𝗩𝗮𝗹𝗱𝗲𝘇 𝗠𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝘇 introduced participants to the art of sampaguita garland making, sharing knowledge and techniques rooted in a tradition that continues to provide livelihood opportunities for local communities.

🧺 𝗣𝗼𝘄𝗱𝗲𝗿 𝗗𝗲𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗴𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗠𝗮𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴, 🫧 𝗗𝗶𝘀𝗵𝘄𝗮𝘀𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗟𝗶𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗱 𝗠𝗮𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴, and 🧶 𝗗𝗼𝗼𝗿𝗺𝗮𝘁 & 𝗣𝗼𝘁 𝗛𝗼𝗹𝗱𝗲𝗿 𝗠𝗮𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴

𝗠𝘀. 𝗥𝘂𝗯𝘆 𝗢. 𝗔𝗱𝗮𝗷𝗮𝗿 and 𝗠𝗿. 𝗛𝗶𝗽𝗼𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗼 𝗖𝗹𝗮𝘃𝗲𝗰𝗶𝗹𝗹𝗮𝘀
shared their knowledge across these three livelihood skills, guiding participants through each process, teaching accessible techniques, and sharing practical tips they can apply in developing these skills.

Each activity was more than just a lesson. It was a chance to try, create, and discover what can grow from a simple skill. 🤝✨

𝗣𝘂𝗵𝗼𝗻 begins with an opportunity. 🌱💚

As 𝗟𝗲𝘁 𝗘𝗮𝘁 𝗚𝗼 celebrates its 6th Anniversary, 𝗣𝗨𝗛𝗢𝗡𝗮𝗻: 𝗧𝘂𝗹𝗼𝗻𝗴 𝗣𝗮𝗻𝗴𝗸𝗮𝗯𝘂𝗵𝗮𝘆𝗮𝗻 brought together families in Barangay Langgam for a day of learning, creating, and building opportunities for livelihood.

Through hands-on activities in 𝗣𝗼𝘄𝗱𝗲𝗿 𝗗𝗲𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗴𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗠𝗮𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴, 𝗗𝗶𝘀𝗵𝘄𝗮𝘀𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗟𝗶𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗱 𝗠𝗮𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴, 𝗦𝗮𝗺𝗽𝗮𝗴𝘂𝗶𝘁𝗮 𝗚𝗮𝗿𝗹𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗠𝗮𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴, and 𝗗𝗼𝗼𝗿𝗺𝗮𝘁 & 𝗣𝗼𝘁 𝗛𝗼𝗹𝗱𝗲𝗿 𝗠𝗮𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴, participants learned practical skills that can be developed into potential sources of livelihood. 🤝✨

More than a celebration, 𝗣𝗨𝗛𝗢𝗡𝗮𝗻 created a space to share knowledge, develop skills, and explore new possibilities for the future.

"Puhon." A Bisaya word that carries more than hope. A promise whispered to the future, meaning "someday, when the time is right."

As Let Eat Go celebrates its 6th Anniversary, we believe that every puhon begins with an opportunity today. Through PUHONan: Tulong Pangkabuhayan, we're creating opportunities to learn practical livelihood skills that can help open new doors for individuals and families in our community. 🤝✨

Because hope isn't just something we wait for - it's something we build, together. 💚

This year, we learn and create livelihoods within the community through Powder Detergent Making, Dishwashing Liquid Making, Sampaguita Garland Making, and Doormat & Pot Holder Making.
