Pinatos Chibugang Pinoy Filipino Cuisine and Delicacies Pinatos is the Bicolano term for "binalot sa dahon." We were dotingly served hearty breakfasts, lunches, and dinners.

Our beloved Nanay Estela, a native of Sorsogon,Bicol herself, loves to cook for our Tatay Duarding, 12 of us children,family, and friends. Right after meals, she would immediately prepare native delicacies for merienda. We all wish we took after her. Pinatos is our tribute to our Nanay Estela. The dishes were painstakingly copied by our professional cooks from our Nanay Estela's recipes so that we would all be brimming with satisfaction and delight. Dine in with us!
