Windmill Gourmet Inc is based in San Pedro, Laguna. We have a distribution place located in Manila. We market our products under our own brand names brands Fantastic! Sausages and Windmill Gourmet. The Fantastic! Sausages brand is sold in 500gr packs on the shelf in some 70 SM supermarkets. We also operate 30 Windmill Gourmet delicatessen shops inside SM super and hyper market. Here you will find a wide range of sausages, hams, bacon, cold cuts, complemented with imported items like cheese, salami, schinken etc. Besides SM, we also supply Rustan’s, Shopwise and major hotels and restaurants. Windmill Gourmet Inc has all required licenses to operate a meat processing company. This includes NMIS accreditation, BFAD, BAI etc. Our company is inspected on a regular basis by government authorities. We also have the NMIS AA certification of Good Manufacturing Practices. Cleanliness is very important to us. We always try to reach higher levels in this field. Extensive reporting is done to monitor all cleaning procedures. Also we keep production records so we can trace back all our products and monitor them during our production process. A lot of our ingredients are imported like spices, chicken and pork. We blend them according to our European recipes and give it a Filipino flavor which is widely accepted in the market. We are able to listen to the requirements of our customers and produce products accordingly for them. We can also do toll manufacturing. We are very flexible and open to customize products within reasonable limits. We are hands on operators and monitor the whole company from the beginning till the end.
