Our lechon begins long before it reaches the roasting pit. We raise our pigs on our own farm, ensuring quality from start to finish. Carefully prepared and slow-roasted over charcoal, each lechon delivers crispy skin, juicy meat, and the authentic taste of Filipino tradition.
