Blessed and grateful for the successful blessing of the new Male House of BTR FARMS today officiated by Father Dexter Fabie. 🙏🐓

This separate Male House is a major step toward better breeder management, improved biosecurity,
better production of hatching eggs, and higher fertility performance and increased hatchability percentage, helping ensure stronger and more productive flocks.

Just a few days ago, an unattended fire came dangerously close to gutting the pump house of our poultry farm. By God’s grace and the quick response of our neighbors and dedicated flock men, it was contained before reaching the structure.

Today, our team took proactive steps—clearing and cleaning the surroundings—to ensure this never happens again. Indeed, an ounce of prevention is better than a pound of cure. 🙏👍👏

At BTR FARMS, success is never the work of one. It is the result of one team moving with one purpose.

From our Farm Manager, Admin & Finance Assistants, Leadmen, Flockmen, Egg Van Driver, to our Utility and Kitchen staff, each role matters, each hand builds, each heart contributes.

During our Lenten break, we gathered not just to rest, but to connect, align, and share direction. Together with our employees, we reviewed the current data of our broiler breeders now in their growing stage, and preparing together for what lies ahead: in about 9 weeks, they begin laying fertilized eggs for hatching.

More than numbers, it was a meeting of trust, commitment, and shared vision.
