I started baking during the pandemic in 2020, because I was bored. Instead of starting with the basic chocolate chip cookies, I went with peanut butter cookies because we had a lot of (my favorite!!). It was plain at first, just peanut butter spread + chocolate chips then I thought of adding more to it! I added chips + peanut butter cups. Then I thought, finally! It’s perfect 🥹 and eventually, eatmycookie was born 🍪

Today, I got to bake it for the first time in Madrid! I don’t say this a lot, but they’re really amazing! Hit me up if you’d like buy some. They’re limited for the moment because I have to get the ingredients from the US or the Philippines lol help!! 😆
